MECHANICAL TESTING

Inspectors in our division called CCT Metrology use CMM, Smartscope and optical inspection methods.

FAILURE ANALYSIS

At CCT, our materials engineers conduct in-depth investigations to identify the underlying causes of failed fasteners. The findings of our analysis are documented in a Failure Analysis Report, which includes all the necessary details and results of the investigation. This report is intended to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the cause of the failure, as well as recommendations for corrective measures to prevent future failures.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

At CCT, we understand that our clients' needs go beyond just testing and inspection services. That's why we offer additional services to simplify their processes and save them time. For example, we have an in-house Machine Shop that can prepare any specimens required for testing. We also have a calibration division, CCT Metrology, that can certify the measurement accuracy of various measuring tools, such as gages, torque wrenches, masters, furnaces, and surface plates.
